Just a quick note…

So it has been a few days since I worked out.  I am going to work out tomorrow morning before work.  I am really excited to work out tomorrow.  I was going to go Wednesday night but my whole routine has been messed up and I have not been sleeping so by Wednesday night I was exhausted.

My food cravings have subsided and I am satisfied with just eating my reasonable meals with a protein/spinach shake for breakfast, reasonable lunch and dinner with no snacks.  I used to eat junk food during work and after work, but I have not had snacked or had the desire to snack.

The pool is opened up at my gym and I am excited to start swimming also.

Well that is about all I have.  Tomorrow I will post after going to the gym.
